These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AutomobileShippingQuotes.com (the “Site”). By using the Site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What we are

AutomobileShippingQuotes.com is a quote-comparison and lead-generation service. We are not a motor carrier, freight forwarder, or broker. We do not transport vehicles, set shipping prices, or guarantee that any shipment will be completed. Transportation services are arranged and performed by independent, FMCSA-verified broker partners and the carriers they dispatch.

2. How the service works

When you submit a quote request, we share the information you provide with up to 8 FMCSA-verified broker partners so they can prepare quotes and contact you. Every broker partner is listed, with its MC and USDOT numbers, on our Broker Network page. By submitting a request, you authorize us to share your information with those partners for this purpose.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your request. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit requests on behalf of another person without their permission.

4. Communications consent

By providing your phone number and submitting a request, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and prerecorded or automated messages from us and our broker partners at the number provided, including through an automated dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out of these communications at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Third-party brokers and carriers

Quotes, communications, and transportation services are provided by independent third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the acts, omissions, pricing, or service quality of any broker or carrier. Any agreement to ship a vehicle is solely between you and the broker or carrier you select.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content are owned by AutomobileShippingQuotes.com or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any quote will be accurate, available, or honored.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutomobileShippingQuotes.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any transaction with a broker or carrier.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
