We use the information you provide to share your request with FMCSA-verified broker partners so they can prepare and deliver quotes, to operate and improve the Site, and to communicate with you about your request.

3. Who we share information with

When you submit a request, we share it with up to 8 FMCSA-verified broker partners so they can prepare quotes and contact you. We believe you should know who that is: every current broker partner is listed — with its MC and USDOT numbers — on our Broker Network page, and each can be independently verified through the federal FMCSA SAFER system. These partners are independent third parties and use your information under their own privacy practices. We may also share information with service providers who support our operations, and as required by law.

4. Communications and TCPA consent

By providing your phone number and submitting a request, you authorize us and our broker partners to contact you by phone, text message, and prerecorded or automated message at the number provided, including through an automated dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. We retain a record of the consent language shown to you, along with the date, time, and related technical details, as evidence of consent. You may opt out of these communications at any time by replying STOP to a text, asking to be removed during a call, or contacting us at the email below.

5. Analytics and cookies
